Recipe: Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Rice Flour Mix
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 servings Energz Egg Replacer, whisked
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cup non- dairy Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon with a whisk. Make sure everything is well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together egg replacer, milk, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour mixture.
  4. On a preheated griddle or fry pan, pour about ¼ cup batter. Brown on both sides.

Served with Maple Butter Icing.
