Recipe: Cinnamon Bun Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Rice Flour Mix
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 servings Energz Egg Replacer, whisked
- 1 cup rice milk
- 2 Tbsp Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup non- dairy Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon with a whisk. Make sure everything is well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together egg replacer, milk, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour mixture.
- On a preheated griddle or fry pan, pour about ¼ cup batter. Brown on both sides.
