So I finally made the Bacon, Kale, & Sweet Potato Soup last week. It was part of my meal plan the first time we tried the Whole 30. Unfortuneatly, it didn’t make the cut when I got pregnant and stopped. I have gotten some great feedback from others that made it but had never tried it myself. After I made it, I found a few things that I would do differently. I wanted to bring these changes to your attention so that you were able to give it another try if you weren’t thrilled the first time. However for those of you that like it just the way it is, I am just adding my changes in parenthesis. This soup is a tasty little treat as my husband would say. Check it out.
