Recipe: Apple Chicken Salad
- 3 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1/4 cup crushed or sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salad greens
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix chicken, apple, and almonds in a medium bowl.
- Mix vinegar and oil together.
- Serve over salad greens dressed with vinegar and oil mixture.
