<li class="ingredient">2 tsp salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tsp pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 tsp nutmeg</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 tsp ground ginger</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 Tbsp potato starch/flour</li>
<li class="ingredient">14oz non-dairy milk (This is just under 2 cups)</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 Tbsp mashed potatoes (Can use 2 eggs if not allergic)</li>

<h4>Instructions</h4>
<ol class="instructions">
<li>Place ground beef in a bowl, add salt, and work in. It should become sticky.</li>
<li>Add the potato stach and spices. Stir Well.</li>
<li>Add milk 2 Tbsp at a time. Stir well before adding more milk.</li>
<li>Add potato (or eggs).</li>
<li>With a Tbsp dipped in cold water, form small &#8220;cakes&#8221; and fry them in a frying pan with non-dairy butter. Remove and place on plate when cooked.</li>

<li>14 oz non-dairy milk</li>
<li>2 bouillon cubes</li>
<li>2 tsp salt</li>
<li>1 tsp pepper</li>

<ol>
<li>After you have fried the meatcakes, add the 2 cups water to the pan and let it boil. Add the bouillon cube.</li>
<li>Whisk together milk and flour until there are no lumps.</li>
<li>Add the milk/flour mixture to the boiling water while stirring.</li>
<li>Add meatcakes to the sauce and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.</li>
