Recipe Index

February11

As I have added more and more recipes to this site, I found it to be a little unruly.  When I search for Paleo Chili, I have to wade through multiple posts that are marked Paleo and use chili powder.  (Apparently, I like to use child powder.)  That does not make for ease off use, especially for a mom with five kids nipping at her heels asking whats for dinner.  Oh wait, I’m sorry that’s me.

Thanks to some well napping kids, I have managed to get the index off the ground.  Just click on the “Recipe Index” page or here.  I hope this helps you to better use this site.  I know it will help me and those five little munchins:)

Could you give your recipe for your almond milk latte and your coconut parfait? Do you use yogurt and if so, does it have sweetener in it? Do you make your own yogurt? I just found your site and am excited to use the recipes. I started my 30 day plan 5 days ago and need some new ideas. I have 8 children and although they don’t have serious food allergies, I’m always looking for healthy options. I also don’t like to give the little ones dairy products. They seem to stay much healthier. Thanks for everything!

My name is Sarah Nap. This website is for all you moms like me that have found yourself dealing with food allergies.

I am homeschooling mama to four sweet blessings. We are what most people would call “granola.” We see a naturopath as our primary care physician and eat mostly organic foods. But enough about me, let me tell you a little bit about our journey to cooking free.
